Tour Payment

Advance Payment (Non-Refundable Deposit)

If your trip includes domestic air tickets, we may need to purchase the tickets within the timeframe given by the airlines. We therefore request you to deposit the required amount into our bank account, including the domestic air ticket costs and travel deposit.

Once we receive the deposit payment, we will begin the process of booking domestic air tickets and hotels. We will send you travel arrangement updates and booking confirmations within one week.

If a domestic flight ticket needs to be purchased immediately, we will ask you to transfer the required payment as soon as possible. Some hotels and suppliers may require a non-refundable deposit to guarantee the booking; where applicable, this amount will be included in the second payment.

Final Payment

For visits to Nepal, the remaining balance can be paid in Euro, US Dollars in cash, or Nepali Rupees on the day of arrival in Kathmandu.

For travel to India, Tibet, and Bhutan, the full balance must be paid by bank transfer at least 30 days before departure.

If your trip includes domestic air or train tickets, we may request the ticket cost, together with the applicable booking deposit, in advance to guarantee the required fare.

Credit card payments are subject to an additional 4% service charge. We accept payments only from the passenger's own account. However, we reserve the right to refuse certain types of payments where necessary.

Payment Process

An advance payment (non-refundable deposit) is mandatory to confirm your trip. The remaining balance can be paid by:

• Credit card – Visa or MasterCard
• Bank transfer / SWIFT transfer
• Western Union
• IME money transfer
• Nepal online payment services such as eSewa and Khalti
• Other agreed payment methods, where applicable

Please complete the required credit card payment form with your card details and signature exactly as shown on your credit card.

Please email the completed form to Jagadamba Holidays Private Limited. Alpine Travel Services (Credit Card Division) will process the credit card payment on behalf of Jagadamba Holidays Private Limited.

Payment Through Bank – SWIFT Transfer

Payment Through Western Union or IME

According to the information provided by email or WhatsApp, customers can pay their travel fees through Western Union or IME in the name of the founder or CEO of Jagadamba Holidays.

After making the transfer, please email us a clear scanned copy of the payment slip showing the control number.

By booking a trip with Jagadamba Holidays, customers confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to the company's travel booking terms and conditions.
